Delivery Time:

  1. Delivery time for in stock items is within week and out of stock items may take 4-6 weeks.
  2. Delivery lead time will be shared in separate email after we receive order confirmation. If you do not receive any email detailing delivery time, you can always contact us through email, skype or phone.
  3. Some special items delivery time may change with time. Exact delivery time is shared based on schedules of our manufacturing partner companies.
  4. Our standard delivery terms are DDU to your requested location or pick up from facility of our  closest stock keeping partner.
  5. Custom duties are to be paid by buying customer or end user unless agreed to be paid by Topline.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment terms are 100% advance.
  2. Payment can be done online by Paypal, using credit or debit card.
  3. Cash/cheque payment is possible in areas where we have local stock keeping partners..
  4. In case order is not processed, payments are returned after deduction of banking charges incurred during transfer.

Warranty & Return Policy

  1. Topline sells only trusted brands and acts as a facilitator only for timely deliveries and helping in warranty claims for the convenience of its customers. Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all products and range from 6 Months to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer or brands. All Products are carefully examined before dispatch, following the manufacturer’s guidelines and are shipped in original packaging.
  2. The Return window for products is 30 Days, which gives sufficient time for evaluating and testing the products. However, if any product issue is highlighted by the customer after receipt of items, like wrong items or items different from the ordered, we help to return them within 30 days.
  3. The Cost of Return of Items is paid by us (Topline), if the mistake in delivery is on our end, like shipping of wrong or items different from those listed on the website. However, for returns or replacement of normal products on the request of the customer, there is a charge of USD 98 for shipping of items having a value up to USD 1500 and a weight up to 5 kg. For higher value and heavy-weight shipments, the quote can be provided or discussed, or the customer can ship back on their responsibility.
  4. Topline can guide how to file warranty claims as per the manufacturer’s procedures. However, all return claim charges are to be paid by the customer to file a warranty claim, repair or replacement.
  5. There is no return policy unless there is a genuine claim. All products to be dispatched are fully assessed to ensure 100% original condition.
  6. In case the order is not processed, payments are returned after deduction of banking charges incurred during transfer.

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
