These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of industrial automation, instrumentation, and control products through our online store. Topline Smart Systems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, technical datasheets, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, complete, or current. Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

Delivery Time:

  1. Delivery time for in stock items is within week and out of stock items may take 4-6 weeks or exact lead time can be communicated to customer according to the nature of product or service.
  2. Delivery lead time will be shared in separate email after we receive order confirmation. If you do not receive any email detailing delivery time, you can always contact us through email or phone.
  3. Some special items delivery time may change with time. Exact delivery time is shared based on schedules of our manufacturing partner companies.
  4. Our standard delivery terms are Local pick up from our store as per stock location, DDU/DAP to your requested location or pick up from facility of our closest stock keeping partner or manufacturer. Delivery terms can also be discussed before placing the order if special support is required.
  5. Custom duties are to be paid by buying customer or end user unless agreed to be paid by us (Topline).

Payment Terms

  1. Payment terms are 100% advance.
  2. Payment can be done online by Paypal, using credit or debit card.
  3. Cash/cheque payment is possible in areas where we have local stock keeping partners..
  4. In case order is not processed, payments are returned with 15 to 30 days and bank charges deductions may apply for processing the refunds which are not in our control.
    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  5. Prices are listed in [currency, e.g., AED or USD] and are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and customs duties unless otherwise stated.
  6. We accept payments via secure methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment gateway).
  7. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship locally and internationally to the selected countries. Some countries may be restricted for business or shipping due shipping constraints, sanctions or other reasons which may affect delivery services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs clearance, and third-party courier services.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

Warranty & Return Policy

  1. Topline sells only trusted brands and acts as a facilitator only for timely deliveries and helping in warranty claims for the convenience of its customers. Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all products and range from 6 Months to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer or brands. All Products are carefully examined before dispatch, following the manufacturer’s guidelines and are shipped in original packaging.
  2. The Return window for products is 30 Days, which gives sufficient time for evaluating and testing the products. However, if any product issue is highlighted by the customer after receipt of items, like wrong items or items different from the ordered, we help to return them within 30 days.
    The returns are acceptable if products does not work as expected as per the standard function and operation specified by the manufacturer. We request customer to share the problem to seek help if the problem can be rectified with the help of Support. Customers are encouraged to share the products photos, complaint details or any other supporting information to quickly handle the case for support or return.
  3. To Process Return, preparing the return products shall be as per guidelines provided by Topline to pack and put labels. The customer must get and RMA number and send the goods as per instructions received as per the type of product.
  4. The Cost of Return of Items is paid by us (Topline), if the mistake in delivery is on our end, like shipping of wrong or items different from those listed on the website. However, for returns or replacement of normal products on the request of the customer, there is a charge of USD 98 for shipping of items having a value up to USD 1500 and a weight up to 5 kg. For higher value and heavy-weight shipments, the quote can be provided or discussed, or the customer can ship back on their responsibility.
  5. Some product require filing direct warranty claims to manufacture. Topline can guide how to file direct warranty claims as per the manufacturer’s procedures. However, all return claim charges are to be paid by the customer to file a warranty claim, repair or replacement.
  6. When items are received at Topline or Manufacturer’s facility, the inspection is carried out to find the rout cause of the problem and report is shared with the customer with the findings. If the claim falls in standard warranty terms, it is processed to support the customer. However, if products are damaged, misused or intentionally operated outside the manufacturer’s specified criteria, the claim may be rejected.
  7. There is no return policy unless there is a genuine claim as per terms and conditions of product manufacturer. We encourage to see or request for terms and condition of product maker. All products to be dispatched are fully assessed to ensure 100% original condition.
  8. In the case of warranty claim, the replacement return, repair or repair out of warranty eligibility is communicated over to the customer for approval.
  9. In case the order is not processed, return is accepted, payments are returned after deduction of banking charges incurred during transfer.

Summary of Returns, Cancellations

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging.
  2. Return requests must be approved in writing before shipment.
  3. A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type of manufacturer’s terms.
  4. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
  5. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after inspection, minus applicable fees and shipping.
  6. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
  7. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and comply with manufacturer terms.
  8. Topline Smart Systems is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or third-party damage.

Limitation of Liability

Topline Smart Systems shall not be liable for:

Errors or omissions in product listings or pricing.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or website.

Any delay or failure due to causes beyond our control (force majeure).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product images, datasheets, and text—is the property of Topline Smart Systems or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
